Web sites for leaning Armenian include http://www.101languages.net/armenian/ (with sound files) and http://mylanguages.org/learn_armenian.php   (MyLanguages.org) with phonetic spelling to help with the pronunciation. Learn 101 http://learn101.org/armenian_audio.php also has grammar, lessons and sound files.

CATALAN

Catalan is a language closely related to Spanish and is spoken in Andorra, the Balearic Islands and in parts of southern France.  In the Count of Monte Cristo, the title character's love interest, Mercedes, is Catalan, and the author repeatedly refers to her as Spanish. CHINESE

A web site with Mandarin Chinese lessons, including phrases, grammar, vocabulary and sound files can be found at http://www.chinese-tools.com/learn/chinese

The web site also has step by step instructions in writing Chinese characters as well as lessons in Mandarin and Cantonese, Chinese slang and Chinese proverbs. 

GREEK

A free Greek language course can be found on Kypros.net a web site of the Republic of Cyprus, an island in the Mediterranean Sea, whose official languages are Greek and Turkish. To find the language lessons, enter the web site and click on Learn Greek Online. There will be 30 lessons for beginners, 45 intermediate lessons and 30 advanced lessons. All the lessons have sound files and they are all free.

Icelandic

For those interested in learning Icelandic, there is a web site with some basic Icelandic lessons. The web site is Simple Icelandic, and can be found at Simple Icelandic

Also for those wanting to increase their Icelandic vocabulary, YouTube has videos called Cool Icelandic, with over 50 videos of vocabulary words and their pronunciation.
